Apples are often associated with health and good habits.

They contain many nutrients, but even healthy foods can cause problems if consumed in excessive amounts.

Here are some possible negative consequences of eating apples.

The need for fiber typically ranges between 20 and 40 grams per day. An intake above 70 grams is considered too high and can cause problems.

It takes around 15 apples to reach extremely high fiber levels, which very few people eat in a single day.

However, fiber is also obtained from other parts of the diet, which can cause the total intake to become too high.

Apples contain many carbohydrates and can provide quick energy. If too many are eaten, blood sugar levels can fluctuate significantly.

Risk for diabetics
