For generations, people have turned to simple home remedies to ease everyday ailments.

While they can never replace proper medical treatment, these tricks may help when your body starts acting up.

Warts are stubborn and contagious, but there’s a surprisingly simple trick: cover them with duct tape.

If your throat feels raw and scratchy, sage leaves can help. Place two leaves under your tongue and let them dissolve.

Sage is known for its antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties, and unlike lozenges, it contains no sugar or additives.

No sage leaves at home? A warm cup of tea with honey can soothe irritation. It won’t cure the problem but provides calming relief while your body recovers.
